What is a Patent Law Clerk

Things to keep in mind:
📚you’ll eventually need to study for at least the patent bar
📚 if you decide to become a patent attorney you will have to study for the law school exam, 3-4 years of law school, and then take the bar exam.

Why take scientists?
🧪Easier to teach a scientist law than a lawyer science.
🧪Patent law you need to understand the science of the invention back to front to be able to protect that invention fully.

💻lawyer patent examiner (working for the government).
